Is browsing free?
Yes. Opening a borrower card and browsing are free. You only pay when you check out a specific document.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal, depending on your region.
Can I deposit from any country?
You can deposit from any country Stripe Connect supports — currently around 45 countries. If yours isn't listed, write to us; we'll let you know when it is.
Are reviews moderated?
Yes. Reviews are checked by a human within ~24 hours before appearing publicly. We allow critical reviews; we remove abuse, spam and reviews from readers who haven't actually downloaded the document.
Do you train AI on deposited documents?
No. Your documents are not used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
